Watch with an open heart. Discipleship isn't just about learning facts; it's about transformation. Ask God to speak to you as you watch, and be willing to let what you hear challenge and shape you.
Grab a notebook or journal. You'll likely hear things worth writing down,questions, convictions, verses, or ideas you want to revisit later.
Watch at your own pace, but stay consistent. Try not to rush through the sessions. Give each one room to sink in before moving to the next.
Pray before and after each session. Ask God to prepare your heart beforehand, and to help you apply what you've learned afterward.
